This platform is owned, managed, and operated exclusively by Srikara Dairy and Frozen Foods, with its registered primary place of business at H.No: 5-3-71/6, Kamareddy, Telangana, India. By accessing our application, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. App Storefront & Ordering Rules
Our platform operates a unified retail menu interface allowing regular household consumers to purchase freshly prepared cafe food and factory-sealed Amul dairy products simultaneously for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Account Security
To place an order, customers must provide an active, valid mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your delivery information. We reserve the right to cancel orders or restrict access to profiles showing patterns of fraudulent activity or mock checkouts.

3. Dine-In Table QR Matrix Usage
For customers utilizing our in-house cafe dining facilities, the app offers a digital table-ordering module mapped to 4 physical dining tables. By scanning a designated Table QR Code, your order will be locked to that specific physical location in our kitchen pipeline.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership
All digital assets, user interface layouts, software builds, and creative components, including the "Food Premium" logo layout, are the exclusive intellectual property of Srikara Dairy and Frozen Foods.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kamareddy, Telangana.
