SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Srikara Dairy and Frozen Foods (DBA Food Premium) operates an integrated local delivery network to fulfill consumer orders promptly and safely.

1. Integrated Order Fulfilment
Customers can freely mix fresh kitchen menu items and packaged ice cream items in a single retail checkout basket. All items will be dispatched together to ensure convenience.

2. Delivery Timelines
• Cafe Menu Items: Prepared on-demand and delivered locally using high-speed thermal transit containers. The average delivery duration ranges between 30 to 45 minutes from order acceptance.
• Packaged Frozen Items: Dispatched directly from our localized cold storage units to maintain optimum product quality, arriving along with your fresh food delivery.

3. Distance-Based Charging Structure
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout utilizing the user's real-time GPS coordinates according to these exact parameters:
• Radius 0.0 to 3.0 Kilometers: Flat ₹50 delivery fee applied to cart.
• Radius 4.0 to 5.0 Kilometers: Flat ₹70 delivery fee applied to cart.
• Radius Above 5.0 Kilometers: Delivery is systematically disabled. Customers will be prompted to select "Dine-In" or "Self-Takeaway".
